A History of Collaboration
For almost three decades Kairos has helped our members improve quality, market position, and financial outcomes. Kairos was created in 1994 when five innovative organizations partnered to jointly address the emergence of managed care. Kairos formally commenced operations in 1995 and today works with more than 100 providers and payers nationwide ensuring our members are included in every possible payer network, receive the highest payment and benefit from enhanced efficiencies.
In 2020, Kairos officially became a wholly owned subsidiary of LeadingAge PA, one of the premier state associations in the country. This partnership expanded Kairos’ services, granting members access to a wider network and increased resources.
Along with benefits offered through a Kairos membership, Kairos also offers a variety of additional services to both member and non-member organizations. From consulting services such as interim placement and leadership development to educational services and resources, Kairos can help you reach your organizational goals.
